Our Refund Policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have been gone since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

Refund Policy for Pre-Made Store:

We have a team of Shopify Developers and we always give our best to our clients. Unfortunately, we don't offer any refund for Premade Stores because everyone have an option to see the live preview of store before purchasing and verify the information we listed in the description of Premade Store. What we prefer is customer satisfaction. We always provide our best to the customer so that there would be no chance of refund but in case if you find any deficiency in the order delivered to you like the things we have defined in the description of our service is not properly fulfilled. You have to send us an email at accordingly with clearly mentioning and describing the issue which you are having. 

Our technical team will contact you back within 24 hours and will satisfy you accordingly. 

Refund Policy for Custom-Made Store:

We have a team of Shopify Developers and we always give our best to our clients. When you order for a custom made store, we design it with our best expertise. If you are not satisfied with our store design or products or have different issue please  write to us at by mentioning all the issues in detail  so that we may able to rectify the errors. We will change the products or store design or whatever you mention in there. 

Again, if you think that we are unable to give you the satisfactory results then you have a right to apply for a refund. For refund, please email us along with order number and other details at

Refund Policy for SEO Services:

Search Engine Optimization is a work which can't be undone. Once we have optimized your website it is 100% optimized. What we did for your website or store is permanently done. That's why we are sorry to say we don't offer refund for SEO service at any stage in any shape.

How long do refunds take?

The time it takes for a refund to get paid back into your account depends on a number of things. These include the way you paid for the transfer, the currency you paid with, and how long your bank takes to process refunds. 

If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund can usually take up to 10 working days to go back into your account. The reason it can take so long is because both our provider and the bank that issued your card need to process the refund.

If you paid by using your PayPal account, the refund can usually take up to 3 working days to go back into your account.
